It is amazing how we constantly find new plants that are very helpful for our health and which have been used for a long time in other countries. Jiaogulan is one of them
I believe we really need to support our body more and more because the food we can buy in North America is grown on soil that becomes more and more nutritionally depleted.
Even the vegetables grown in my garden are not the best because it is partly artificially made soil. Healthy productive soil needs a long time to build up from the leaves of the trees around and the compost we put into the garden.
The 300 studies that have been already done with Jiaogulan are proof that scientists seem to be very interested in this plant. In China it is called 'Immortality Herb' or 'Miracle Herb'.In the second part of this video you'll find more information about this plant.
