Lantzville - Problems with Having a Garden

Sometimes I wonder about the world and about our polititians.
We live on Vancouver Island. Less and less food is grown locally. We depend of the ferries to bring us food. On the 26th we'll have in BC an Earthquake Drill.

I doubt the ferries could still dock after a large earth quake.
Therefore I regard it as very important that EVERYBODY grows in their garden as much as they can.

Some Lettuce varieties grow also in winter. Parsley does too. Leek and Kale also. And who has apple trees will still have apples ... and so on, you probably get the picture.

Whoever complained about Dirk's and Nicole's garden should be ashamed about this shortsightedness. I would be happy to have them as neighbours.
