The Importance of the Life Energy in the Food we Eat

Christmas is over and we all have eaten more than we should from cooked turkey, cooked potatoes, and cooked vegetables ... in short the food was dead because it had no life energy ... this is the reason why we are often tired after we have eaten. Most likely the salad was the only part of the dinner that was a little bit alive which is good for our health.

When we eat food that is alive we'll have more energy - will look younger - will feel better - have healthier skin and hair - improve our immune system - sleep better - and and and ... that is the reason more and more people are chosing to eat raw food.

I'll write about this issue in future more because we all need to know about it.

Keep reading this post from time to time so that you don't miss something that is important ... actually all of this should be taught in school.

Please forgive the way my website looks, at the 23.12. the beginning of Mercury Retrograde an employee from my hosting company did something I had not asked her to do, and my website disappeard. The technical department was able to get the text back, but the pictures and the header are gone(check at Google when you don't know what Mercury Retrograde is all about)

PS.: Are you curious to know what can happen in the body when we use something that has a lot of life energy and contains ingredients not found in any other plant?
