Tune into CHLY Radio 101.7 FM - Health Show Tuesdays 2 -4 pm

Hello Nanaimo, Vancouver & the World!

On this very lively local radio station I'll be this Tuesday, December 29th, 2009 together with the host Pam Edgar to talk about simple steps we can take the coming year to support our wellbeing ... so that we are fit to experience the exciting future to come.

More about the SHIFT another time.

These are the reassons why I join Pam Edgar from time to time in her effort to keep the community informed about everything that they need to know regarding their health.
