Believe in yourself - Important for Your Health and Success


Our guiding system in life is our intuition, our first impression of a person or situation, our gut feeling.

Unfortunately our hectic lives, all the technology surrounding ous, the faster and faster passing time ... in short: the stress of life makes it difficult to listen to this inner small voice.
Yes Yes, it is good to meditate, but when we hear that some meditate for hours then the first thought will be "I'll never have that time" and that was the first attempt of our little voice which got shot down

What about when you just sit down for three minutes, take a deep breath, let the shoulders drop imagining that a heavy burden falls off, and exhale ... do this a few times ... perhaps over time these periods become longer and one day you are personified calmness.

That will make it easier to truly believe in yourself and to realise your power, the power actually each of us has ... true power ... not some blown-up egoic feeling of greateness (that is only on the outside).

I wonder what the little friend above feels ... "am I really that powerful?" or "When I only would be that strong!"
