What can we do for our brain to avoid dementia and Alzheimers?

The latest newsletter from Dr. Mercola has an article about the importance of sleep for our brain function
Here is an excerpt from it:
" ... More recently, researchers discovered10 that the blood-brain barrier naturally tends to become more permeable with age, allowing more toxins to enter.
In conjunction with reduced efficiency of the glymphatic system, damage in both your brain and blood-brain barrier can start to accumulate at an increased pace. This deterioration is thought to play a significant role in the development of Alzheimer's...."
Exposure to WiFi = EMF (ElectroMagneticFrequencies) opens your blood-brain-barrier. What might happen with old  age can hen happen at a much earlier age.
Can you imagine what it means for your brain when it is constantly exposed to WiFi  ... cell phones - I-Phones - blue-tooth - smart-phones - smart-meters ??? meaning, the blood-brain-barrier is constantly open and all the junk can get into your brain.
Therefor all micro waves have the ability to reduce our critical thinking and not only that ... all of this has an effect on our health. The doctors of Chinese Medicine are very concerned.
