Osteoperosis - How to Prevent It

Actually it is in my opinion quite simple to have strong bones and I have my doubts about all this milk-talk.

My mother, who never drank milk, didn't like cream and ate very little cheese. In short, nutritionwise she did NOTHING that is recommended to have strong bones ... BUT she had a book bindery and was until the age of 80 active and working there part time ... full time until she was 78. This included a lot of lifting and heavy work.

She lived the last years in Quebec. When she needed a hip-replacement she got epidural anestesia and heard the surgeon saying "My God, her bones are like oak."
This is the reason that I believe women have more Osteoperosis because they are not as active as men. I also believe that a lot of coffee makes the body fluids acidic and the body takes then calcium out of the bones to neutralize that. We need to have a pH of 7.0 - 7.2. Stress makes us also acidic. Very simple.

Solution: exercise, lifting and physical activity.

PS: because it is scientifically proven that GoChi reduces stress this might also help with the alkalinity of the body.
