I am looking at an article
by Aj Keillor with the title 'Top Five Nutrients for Energy'.
He writes about the difficulty to find the best nutrients because there are so many multivitamins on the shelves. In case you want to know what he listed:
B Vitamins - Iron - Antioxidants - Amino Acids - MagnesiiumSeems that it is more than five, antioxidants is plural and amino acids is plural.
The title should have been 'Top Five Groups of Nutrients', but then ... iron and magnesium is not a group.
Life seems difficult.
Just tried to find how many antioxidants there are, but I gave up ... instead I found
"Too Many Antioxidants May Cause Heart Failure".So be careful ... do your research (we have google) or eat like a cow and a sheep and go in your garden.
We need to have gardens, but that is another topic. Seems that we'll know that when it is too late.
Sometimes I wonder ...
how many know what a healthy nutrition is? We haven't yet figured out all the nutrients that are in the plants,
Take for example
spinach ... analysis of a single spinach leaf showed that it
contains over 12,000 chemical constituents ,
of which 104 have been identified and named.Are we correct in believing the largest molecules, or the constituents that are present in the highest amounts are really the most important.
Big is not always powerful ... think of a mosquito ... or of a virus or bacteria ... Strangely enough 45% of the Canadians got vaccinated because of such a little critter.
What I want to say is that there might be nutrients we even haven't found yet.
The
important part of our nutrition is the life energy in fresh/raw vegetables, fruits and nuts and seeds and dried fruit like raisins, apricots, figs and others.
To make it clear:
a body needs life energy to be healthy ... from the food, from the sun, through meditation, breathing fresh air.
The energy is also what heals ...
When clients go to a therapist or a certified practitioner they do not get carrots, grapes, or kale.
An alternative practitioner will balance the energy flow (Chi, electrons)between the cells. That's it!
And I truly believe that a person will be full of energy when ALL cells are communicating properly with each other.
ALL cells.
Wonder whether there is one human being around where that is the case. Perhaps somewehre in the rain forest.
My recommendation: Eat RAW food and go in the sun. Sun is better than vitamin D, because the sun gives also life energy. Pills are without.

PS.: I totally forgot ... the life energy is one of the reasons why
these doctors where so enthusistic about the
Himalayan Goji Juice. All other juices are pasteurised, which means there is hardly any life energy.
