One of my Goals for the future:
With this Blog I want to pass forward information we need for an emotional, spiritual and physical healthy life. I have accumulated it through my studies as a certified practitioner, through seminars, from my clients, through research, and through life experiences.

Importance of High Life Energy and High Frequencies for Our Health

Amazing how the time was flying this year...and considering the SHIFT we are in ... it will even pass faster and faster ... which means the frequencies on earth will be higher... And ... our bodies have to adjust to this higher frequencies!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Many things happened since the early 90ies, that we ... at that time ... did not relate to the time we are in now ... one of them was the introduction of the goji berry to Dr. EArl Mindell and with that to the Western World, which caused the creation of the Himalayan Goji Juice with it's very high life energy. This very high energy is ONLY possible because Himalayan Goji Juice is not pasteurized and not flash pasteurized.
Unfortunately the rules in regard to what is allowed to say become stricter and stricter ... BUT the success of this juice and GoChi (with its clinical studies) speaks for itself.

In future I'll write more about the importance of this high life energy in our food for our health. We have to do more than drinking the right juice.

Another event was the start of Reconnective Healing and The Reconnection, through Dr. Eric Pearl which also raises our vibration and/or frequency and does much more.

7 Foods Experts Won't Eat.

We all have New Years Resolutions regarding our health and I think the following is therefore good to know.
Actually I heard 4 years ago in the Calgary Radio station that one is linking High fruit consumption to Parkinson's ... see under No.7

Liz Varcariello, Editor-in-Chief, PREVENTION, on Tue Nov 24, 2009
How healthy (or not) certain foods are - for us, for the environment — is a hotly debated topic among experts and consumers alike, and there are no easy answers. But when Prevention talked to the people at the forefront of food safety and asked them one simple question—“What foods do you avoid?”—we got some pretty interesting answers.
1. Canned Tomatoes
The expert: Fredrick vom Saal, PhD, an endocrinologist at the University of Missouri who studies bisphenol-A
The problem: The resin linings of tin cans contain bisphenol-A, a synthetic estrogen that has been linked to ailments ranging from reproductive problems to heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. Unfortunately, acidity (a prominent characteristic of tomatoes) causes BPA to leach into your food. Studies show that the BPA in most people's body exceeds the amount that suppresses sperm production or causes chromosomal damage to the eggs of animals
The solution: Choose tomatoes in glass bottles (which do not need resin linings) or Tetra Pack boxes.
2. Corn-Fed Beef
The expert: Joel Salatin, co-owner of Polyface Farms and author of half a dozen books on sustainable farming
The problem: Cattle evolved to eat grass, not grains. But farmers today feed their animals corn and soybeans, which fatten up the animals faster for slaughter. More money for cattle farmers (and lower prices at the grocery store) means a lot less nutrition for us. …."We need to respect the fact that cows are herbivores, and that does not mean feeding them corn and chicken manure," says Salatin.
The solution: Buy grass-fed beef, ask your butcher.
3. Microwave Popcorn
The expert: Olga Naidenko, PhD, a senior scientist for the Environmental Working Group,
The problem: Chemicals, including perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), in the lining of the bag,
The solution: Pop natural kernels the old-fashioned way: in a skillet.
4. Nonorganic Potatoes
The expert: Jeffrey Moyer, chair of the National Organic Standards Board
The problem: Root vegetables absorb herbicides, pesticides, and fungicides that wind up in soil. In the case of potatoes—the nation's most popular vegetable—they're treated with fungicides during the growing season, then sprayed with herbicides to kill off the fibrous vines before harvesting). "I've talked with potato growers who say point-blank they would never eat the potatoes they sell. They have separate plots where they grow potatoes for themselves without all the chemicals."The solution: Buy organic potatoes. Washing isn't good enough if you're trying to remove chemicals that have been absorbed into the flesh.
5. Farmed Salmon
The expert: David Carpenter, MD, director of the Institute for Health and the Environment at the University at Albany and publisher of a major study in the journal Science on contamination in fish.
The problem: Nature didn't intend for salmon to be crammed into pens and fed soy, poultry litter, and hydrolyzed chicken feathers. As a result, farmed salmon is lower in vitamin D and higher in contaminants, including carcinogens, PCBs, brominated flame retardants, and pesticides such as dioxin and DDT.
The solution: Switch to wild-caught Alaska salmon
6. Milk Produced with Artificial Hormones
The expert: Rick North, project director of the Campaign for Safe Food at the Oregon Physicians for Social Responsibility and former CEO of the Oregon division of the American Cancer Society
The problem: Milk producers treat their dairy cattle with recombinant bovine growth hormone (rBGH or rBST, as it is also known) to boost milk production. The solution: Check labels for rBGH-free, rBST-free, produced without artificial hormones, or organic milk. These phrases indicate rBGH-free products.
7. Conventional Apples
The expert: Mark Kastel, former executive for agribusiness and codirector of the Cornucopia Institute, a farm-policy research group that supports organic foods
The problem: If fall fruits held a "most doused in pesticides contest," apples would win…. . "Farm workers have higher rates of many cancers," he says. And increasing numbers of studies are starting to link a higher body burden of pesticides (from all sources) with Parkinson's disease.
The solution: Buy organic apples.

The Importance of the Life Energy in the Food we Eat

Christmas is over and we all have eaten more than we should from cooked turkey, cooked potatoes, and cooked vegetables ... in short the food was dead because it had no life energy ... this is the reason why we are often tired after we have eaten. Most likely the salad was the only part of the dinner that was a little bit alive which is good for our health.

When we eat food that is alive we'll have more energy - will look younger - will feel better - have healthier skin and hair - improve our immune system - sleep better - and and and ... that is the reason more and more people are chosing to eat raw food.

I'll write about this issue in future more because we all need to know about it.

Keep reading this post from time to time so that you don't miss something that is important ... actually all of this should be taught in school.

Please forgive the way my website looks, at the 23.12. the beginning of Mercury Retrograde an employee from my hosting company did something I had not asked her to do, and my website disappeard. The technical department was able to get the text back, but the pictures and the header are gone(check at Google when you don't know what Mercury Retrograde is all about)

The Importance of Self-Esteem and Self-Confidence for Success

The New Year is approaching and many of us are thinking about their goals and what they want to achieve in the coming 12 months and the future.

Self Confidence is the key to success. This includes our personal power, our ability to get our opinion across and to influence others. We also have to be of significance in the life of the people around us and be accepted, because we stand in our integrity and they know Additional we need to feel good and competent in everything we do ... in all areas of our life ... our family and relationships - our health - our finances and job - business success - spiritual life - and recreation -

For our general well being it is expremely important to find what our passion is in life, 'what makes our heart sing' (Wayne Dyer, Ph.D)

Intuition - Gut Feeling - Subconscious

Merry Christmas !
Yesterday I wrote about the importance of our internal guiding system, which is actually the same as our gut feeling or our subconscious.

It is something we just KNOW and cannot explain logically or with science.
It is basically about how quickly we are able to tap into our subconscious mind. There we have archieved all our life experiences, all the information we picked up during our lifetime, from others, from books, from school and so on.

And ... it is important that we tap into our subconscious mind without thinking.

When we would rely only on facts, on our logic, we would not be better as a computer ... it is the inner knowing that brings us to the truth. Our subconscious stores EVERYTHING. Just trust yourself ... the more you love and believe in yourself the more you are able to trust yourself and your gut feelings.

Have a Wonderful Christmas
